Vincent Chou​

Managing Director​

Vincent Chou is the management lead for U Metal LLC and is responsible for executive intelligence, operations, and sales. Prior to founding U Metal LLC, he has had over 25 years experience in the scrap metal industry, and built a previous company, Golden Metals Inc, to success. Before that, he owned a metal trading company for many years, after working as a metal trader on the Comex and LME exchanges. Mr. Chou gained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China, and a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication from the New York Institute of Technology.

John ​

Production Director 

As head of internal operations at U Metal LLC, John is responsible for ensuring the consistent production of high-quality products.  His experiences in the scrap metal industry, as a demolition supervisor, purchasing agent, logistics manager, and claims resolution specialist give him a broad understanding of the recycling business and its production process, from start to finish. Prior to entering the recycling industry, John spent several years of his life in China after graduating from Tulane University in New Orleans.

Valarie Grande

Human Resources Director​

Valarie Grande is responsible for all daily office operations. As Human Resources director, Ms. Grande handles all employee relations as well as strives to build a positive, encouraging and transparent company culture. Ms. Grande holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy which has taught her that life poses many different challenges and that one can accomplish anything as long as one keeps an open mind and pays attention.

Ning Wang ​

Finance Director ​

Ning Wang is responsible for all facets of financial statement preparation, daily financial data, and operational report initiation and analysis, which help develop strategic insights and drive business decision-making. Mrs. Wang has extensive strategic finance experience in metal trading firms in east coast. Mrs. Wang holds dual Master’s degrees from both Fairleigh Dickinson University and NanKai University, which majors in accounting and finance.
